January 25, 2021: BOC Meeting at 6:30 pm via Zoom Webinar

The Radnor Township Board of Commissioners recognizes the importance of social distancing during the Covid-19 Pandemic and also acknowledges the need for continuity of government. In accordance with Pennsylvania’s Sunshine Act, to protect the public health, safety and welfare, while ensuring the continued function of government, Radnor Township will conduct its Board of Commissioners meetings via a video webinar provided by ZOOM. The Zoom application is free of charge to the public. Any member of the community who wishes to participate in the meeting, which will include a Public Comment portion, must follow the steps below. For those interested in watching the meeting who do not plan to provide public comment, please watch the live stream of the meeting on the Radnor You Tube channel.

Public Participation Options

If you would like to participate in public comment, please click here to register for the January 25, 2021 Board of Commissioners meeting hosted by Zoom Webinar and the meeting link will be sent to you for participation.

Public Participation Rules

• Attendees must register to participate and can do so at any time, even after the meeting has begun.
• A registration link will be posted to Radnor YouTube, on the BOC Meeting Agenda and on the Radnor Township website.
• At registration, attendees are required to provide full name, email, Radnor mailing address and topic of discussion.
• All participants will be set to “listen only”.
• If a participant would like to comment, they must click the “Raise Hand” button and the host will unmute them.
• Registrants will be auto approved, no manual approval by staff required.
• 5 minute rule will be in effect. After 5 minutes expires, the microphone will be muted to allow others an opportunity to address the Board of Commissioners. Each resident will be allowed one 5 minute opportunity.
• When you hear your name announced during the Public Comment portion of the meeting, you may address the Board of Commissioner on any government matter. Due to this new technological medium being used to host meetings during this public health emergency, for Township meetings, there will be one (1) public comment period, before the agenda items are discussed.
• All microphones of public users will be muted, except as set forth above during the Public Comment period. Please adhere to the instructions above if you want to speak at any time during the Meeting.
• Computer, Phone or Tablet’s ability to use Zoom, including speaker/microphone functionality at https://zoom.us/test/
• NOTE: Public comment email address will be available for the 1/25/21 meeting only and then we will switch to the raise hand function for commenting at future meetings.
• NOTE: Please check www.radnor.com for participation updates. The Meeting ID and Password will change for each meeting.
• NOTE: If something happens with the connection during a virtual meeting we will try to restart the meeting. If you want to re-join the meeting you can attempt to access the meeting again utilizing the same information under the scheduled meeting.
