Radnor Officials Hoping For Delco's Help In Ex Commissioner Indecent Assault Case, Reports Say
More charges could be filed against William Spingler.

More charges could be filed against the former Radnor Township Commissioner who has been accused of sexually assaulting a 103-year-0ld dementia patient at the Wayne Nursing Home in December. Radnor Township officials have also asked Delaware County prosecutors to take over the case in order to investigate the incidents deeper.
Main Line Media News reports township manager Robert Zienkowski said at a press conference Tuesday that more charges could be filed against former Radnor commissioner William Spingler.
Zienkowski also said he's hoping the Delaware County District Attorney's Office will investigate "other items" regarding Spingler, according to Philly.com.

He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail on the day of his arrest, Dec. 23, according to court papers.

Spingler allegedly was found sexually assaulting a 103-year-old woman with dementia at at the Wayne Nursing Home, with police reporting the assaults occurred on Dec. 15, Dec. 17, and Dec. 23. Employees claimed to have seen Spingler's hand up the woman's shirt.
Spingler, who stepped down from his commissioner position in July 2015, is set to appear before Magisterial District Judge Leon Hunter on Jan. 5 for his preliminary hearing, court records show.
