Radnor Police Increasing Patrols Thanksgiving Week

Don't let Thanksgiving merriment turn into dangerous revelry this year. Radnor Police are cracking down on under the influence driving.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – Thanksgiving is a time to celebrate with family and friends, maybe even with strangers to help those in need. But the holiday merriment can lead to dangerous revelry when alcohol and driving mix.

That's why Radnor Township Police are cracking down on driving under the influence during the week of Thanksgiving.

Police said they will have increased patrols during the week enforcing traffic laws.

According to Radnor Police, 27 percent of the 10,346 alcohol-related crashes in Pennsylvania occurred during Thanksgiving week last year.
