Radnor Police: Jewelry Taken in Weekend Burglary
A ground-level window was forced open, police said.

A home in the Newtown Square section of Radnor Township was burglarized over the weekend, Radnor Township Police said Monday morning.
The home, on the 800 block of Galer Road, was burglarized sometime between the afternoon of Friday, Sept. 19, and the early evening of Sunday, Sept. 21, police said.
A ground-level window at the rear of the home was forced open, police said.

Numerous pieces of jewelry were taken, police said.
Several different witnesses reported to police that they saw two men carrying a bag walking through yards near the the burglarized home, police said.

Another witness also reported seeing a light-colored sedan with out-of-state plates parked near the home.
“Residents are urged to lock all doors and windows and set alarms where applicable,” Radnor Police said. “Suspicious persons or vehicles in your neighborhood should be reported to the police immediately by dialing 911.”
