Radnor School District Reviewing Superinendent Candidates
Board using community focus group info to craft applicant questions.

Radnor Township School District announced Wednesday that the Board of School Directors has begun reviewing superintendent applicants and will prepare questions for selected applicants based off of community and faculty input.
"The Board has been able to review the community and staff focus group comments as well as information on effective educational and organizational leadership in order to begin constructing the questions to be asked of the candidates," a district statement said.
The board hosted community input focus groups on Aug. 31 and Sept. 13 where citizens were asked to explore the strengths and areas for improvement in the district as well as discuss the strategic competencies and leadership experiences necessary for the next superintendent.
