Radnor Schools Collecting Donations For Area Groups Saturday
As a close to Martin Luther King Jr. Day service events, the district is taking items for donation to local community support organizations.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — As a final tribute to Martin Luther King Jr., the Radnor Township School District is collecting items for donation to various organizations this weekend.
The district will accept donations — a full list of items needed is below — from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Radnor High School.
Items can be dropped off outside the high school's main entrance.

Items sought are:
- Size 6 diapers, Size 4T/5T Pull-Ups, and Advance Similac Formula for City Team
- Toiletries for the Wayne Food Pantry
- Gently used books for Centro de Apoyo Comunitario
- "Soft" toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss and non-alcohol mouthwash for Community of Volunteers in Medicine
- $25 gift cards to Acme/Target/Walmart and letters/drawings of welcome and encouragement to be included in welcome packets for Afghan refugees at Nationalities Services Center
- Clothing and coats, new socks or underwear, new or gently used pajamas, winter outwear (hats, gloves, and scarves) and more for Cradles to Crayons (see a full list of accepted items here)
- Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the Life Center of Eastern Delaware County
- Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches can be made at home, each individually packed in Ziploc sandwich bags, then two sandwiches can be placed in a brown paper lunch bag.
Radnor High School is located at 103 King of Prussia Road in Wayne.
