Radnor Woman Found Safe: Police

Breaking: Sandra Gilbert has been reunited with her family and in good health, police said.

RADNOR, PA – Radnor Township Police said the Radnor woman who went missing has been found safe.

Sandra Gilbert, 79, of Wayne, was located by Westtown-East Goshen Police Department, police said.

Police issued information on Gilbert, who suffers from early stage dementia, Thursday afternoon after no one had contact with her since 11 a.m. Thursday.

Plice saidGilbert left her residence at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 22.

Gilbert called her family at 11 a.m. from a landline phone inside Northbrook Market Place located at 1805 Unionville Wawaset Road in West Chester, police said.

Since the 11 a.m. call, no one had contact with Gilbert, as she did not take her cell phone with her when she left for the market, police said.
