Radnor Student Musicians Advance To District Band Festival
At the festival, these six outstanding students musicians will re-audition for the opportunity to advance to regional and state levels.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Six Radnor High School band students were selected by audition to participate in the annual PMEA District 12 Band Festival.
On Jan. 26 at Owen J. Roberts High School, Priya Ganesh, Stephanie Huang, Seongeun Kim, Alex Paino, Sara Takenaka and Gavin Yuan were selected to advance to the PMEA Region VI Band Festival from March 7-9 at Central Bucks West High School.
The students are directed at RHS by Dan Drew.

Auditions for selection to the PMEA District Festivals were held on Nov. 17 at Bayard Rustin High School in West Chester.
Students had to demonstrate excellence in major and chromatic scales, as well as solo performance, or choral selections, in order to earn the right to participate at the district festivals.
