Radnor Township Closing, Shifting Collections For MLK Day

On Jan. 21, we will honor Martin Luther King Jr. And on the holiday, Radnor Township is closing and moving trash and recycling collections.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — On Monday, Jan. 21, we will honor the civil rights work of Martin Luther King Jr. And with that day being a holiday, Radnor Township is closing and its collections will be suspended.

For the week of Martin Luther King Jr. Day— Monday, Jan. 21 to Friday, Jan. 25 — there will be no collections on Monday.

  • Trash - District 1 will be collected on Tuesday, Jan. 22
  • Trash - District 2 will be collected on Wednesday, Jan. 23
  • Recyclables – District 1 will be collected on Thursday, Jan. 24
  • Recyclables – District 2 will be collected on Friday, Jan. 25

Residents should have all materials out for collection by 7 a.m.

Additionally, the township's public works garage will be closed, as well as the township municipal building.
