Radnor Township Selling Bryn Mawr Avenue Parking Lot
Sealed proposals for the sale will be accepted through Nov. 18.

Radnor Township has announced that it is selling a municipal property, the Bryn Mawr Avenue Parking Lot.
The township will be accepting sealed proposals for the sale of Parcel No. 36-05-02855-10 through 2 p.m. Nov. 18.
The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2 p.m. Nov. 18, the township said.

Bid security of 10 percent of the total bid, in the form of a certified check or cashier’s check, will be required, the township said.
All proposals and bids must be submitted online through PennBid, the township said. The condition of sale for the property is available online through PennBid.

“The Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, for any cause permitted by law, as it deems in the best interest of the Township,” the township said. “The standard under which proposals will be evaluated and other bid requirements and instructions to bidders are included in the condition of sale.”
