Radnor's 2018 Citizens Police Academy Registration Now Open
Radnor Township Police are taking applications for the 2018 Citizens Police Academy. We have what you need to know about the academy here.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – Radnor Township Police released details on the 2018 Citizens Police Academy and we have what you need about the academy, including a link to apply for the 2018 program.
The Radnor Township Citizens Police Academy is a free, nine-week long course (including a graduation ceremony and program review on week nine) that's open to Radnor residents and businesses.
Participants will get classroom instruction and partake in practical field exercises.

Each week's session is about two to three hours long.
The academy aims to give the public a better understanding of policing, which will help the public "enjoy a safer and closer relationship with their neighbors, and local government and police."

Academy graduates will have the opportunity to work with the new Radnor Community Police Organization, volunteer with the department, and assist the department with various projects.
The course begins on Thursday, March 1 at 6:30 p.m. at the Radnor Township building, 301 Iven Ave., Radnor. The graduation ceremony will be held Thursday, May 3.
The hours are subject to change based on the course's needs.
