Radnor's New Smartphone Parking Option Is Live

Download the Whoosh! smartphone app for free on Apple and Android devices.

Radnor Township has announced an exciting change to its parking system. Residents and visitors looking to park around town now have the option to use their cell phones, tablets, and computers to pay for their parking time.

The new system is called Whoosh! The Whoosh! mobile phone app can be downloaded from the App Store onto an iPhone or from the Google Play Store onto an Android device. Users register their license plates and credit card with the Whoosh! system through the app or through www.whooshstore.com. No worries if you do not have an iPhone or Android device. Whoosh! is also accessible by visiting the mobile web site - m.whooshstore.com.

To pay for parking, you simply open the app on your phone, select your vehicle, select the parking location, input your parking space number, and choose the amount of time that you wish to park. When your parking session is about to expire, the application can send a reminder via text message.

With Whoosh! you can extend your parking session from anywhere. This adds convenience as you no longer have to leave your location to check your remaining time at the parking kiosk.

A nominal convenience fee of $.31 is added to each parking transaction for use of the app, however for the month of December there will be no convenience fee.

Whoosh! ambassadors will be walking around town the week of December 5th to inform parkers of the benefits of the app and help them get familiar with the new system.

Radnor Township still has 44 Kiosk stations for use if that is easier and your preference. Please call with questions and we can help.
