RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — An educational summer camp is coming back to Radnor Township and kids in third through eighth grade can sign up now.

Radnor Township School District's Department of Teaching and Learning is bringing back its STEAM in the Summer camp.

The camp aims to spark young students' interest in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM).

Through hands-on experiences, students will explore the subjects of robotics, coding, computer science and programming, augmented and virtual reality, gamification and more.

The 2019 program is offering four weeklong sessions for rising third through fifth and sixth to eighth grade students. Morning sessions will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and afternoon sessions will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. All sessions will be available for each age group from July 8 through July 11 and July 15 through July 18 at Radnor Middle School.

Enrollment is limited to 24 students per session and registration is required. Students who participated in the camp last year are welcome to attend again.

The registration deadline is Friday, May 17. Students can register for one or both weeks of camp but not for the morning and afternoon sessions in the same week.

Tuition costs $175/student/session and is due in full by Friday, May 17.
