According to a schedule from the White House obtained by the Inquirer, Obama will arrive at Philadelphia International Airport around 2 p.m. and will speak an hour later at the NAACP convention.
He’s also scheduled to go to Rittenhouse Hotel for a Democratic National Committee roundtable, the Inquirer reported.
