Valley Forge Military Academy Incident Prompted By Bubble Wrap, Report Says
An incident that caused road closures and lockdowns near Valley Forge Military Academy was called a misunderstanding related to bubble wrap.
Radnor Police have confirmed that no shooting occurred at Valley Forge Military Academy on Monday.
According to police, no shots were fired and no one was injured in what police called a "misunderstanding" that led to a shooting report at the Eagle Road institution.
Citing police sources, 6ABC later reported the incident stemmed from bubble wrap. Someone reportedly heard the sound of bubble wrap and mistook it for gunfire, 6ABC said.

Radnor Police called in Tredyffrin Township Police to assist in securing the area and investigating the report, which led to several buildings being placed in lockdown at about 5:45 p.m.
