Social Media, Cyber Security Expert Speaking At Delco School

The free community talk will cover internet safety, cyber-bullying, privacy, social media induced stress, and technology addiction.

A Delaware County school is hosting a free public event that will focus on internet safety, privacy, and more and the public is invited to attend.

The Episcopal Academy in Newtown Square will host speaker Katie Koestner at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 30.

Koestner will discuss internet safety, cyber-bullying, privacy, social media induced stress, and technology addiction at the event.

Koestner has spoken at more than 3,000 colleges and high schools, co-authored two books, and operates two nonprofit organizations. She has been profiled in Time, the BBC, and The New York Times, among others.

The event will be held in The Episcopal Academy's Mainstage Theater, located in the Crawford Campus Center.
