Student Housing Landlord Faces License Suspension
No more than two unrelated people can live together in apartments and houses.

Radnor Township's Rental Housing Board of Appeals will issue a decision this month on the appeal of John Liotta and Executive Property Management Inc., proeprty owners who could have their student rental license suspended for one year.
Liotta is facing a one-year suspension of his rental license for allegedly renting 54 Garrett Avenue in Rosemont to more than two unrelated student tenants and violating Chapter 226 of the Radnor Township Code, reports Main Line Media News.
