Thieves Targeted Radnor Vehicles Last Week: Police
Police are reporting an attempted theft from a vehicle, as well as two successful thefts from a vehicle, that occurred late last week.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Radnor Police are alerting the public to thefts from vehicles and an attempted theft from a vehicle that occurred last week in Wayne and Bryn Mawr.
Police said the theft and attempted theft were reported on Friday, Jan. 11.
In the attempted theft, police said the victim found someone tried opening the doors of vehicles parked in their driveway on the 500 block of Maplewood Road in Wayne after looking at security footage.

Luckily, police said the vehicles' doors were locked and the suspect was unable to get inside the vehicles and nothing was taken.
Police said the attempted theft occurred at about 2:31 a.m. Jan. 11.

However, police said a vehicle on the 200 block of Rawles Run Lane and a vehicle on the 900 block of Academy Lane, both in Bryn Mawr, were broken into.
Police said the victim on Rawles Run Lane found someone took several items from their vehicle sometime between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Jan. 11.
Additionally, the victim on Academy Lane's vehicle was broken into sometime in a three-day window last week, police said.
Police urge the public to lock all vehicles when they are unattended.
Anyone with information on these crimes or who witnesses suspicious activity or people are urged to call 911.
