Townhomes Eyed For Lot Next To Devon Yard: Report

As the Devon Yard project moves along and will bring retail space to the area, another developer is eyeing the lot next to it. If granted approval, the lot will see either townhomes or a professional space.

A proposal was put in front of the the Easttown Township Planning Commission recently that asks to have the 133 Berkley Road property added to the township's overlay district and if it goes through, new residences could come to the area.

Owners Denise Lehmann and Andrew Holder are proposing townhomes or a professional or office space next to the Devon Yard, which will be home to Anthropologie, Terrain store and cafe, and a Vetri Pizza location, according to the Main Line Media News.

Six townhomes are on the proposal.

The outlet reports not decision was made and supervisors suggested the owners work with the township to revise their plans to take before the township planning commission.
