Radnor Chester Road is currently closed between Sinkler Drive and Conestoga Road due to a fallen tree that is causing a power outage. PECO is now working to restore power to the street and it will likely take several hours to reopen the road. Please use caution and take an alternate route as you travel through the area this morning.
