Conditional Use Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Radnor Township Board of Commissioners will hold a hearing on January 25, 2021 during the Regular Board of Commissioners Meeting which begins at 6:30 p.m., on the ZOOM platform to consider the conditional use application of GPX ITHAN DEVELOPMENT LLC seeking approval of a plan with nine lots on the premises. The property is approximately 6.946 acres and is in the R-2 Density Modification District and consists of Delaware County Folios #36-04-02700-03, #36-04-02700-51, #36-04-02220-79 and #36-04-02344-00. The Board will consider testimony and evidence from the Applicant at the hearing in support of the application. Copies of the conditional use application and proposed plans are available to be viewed and /or copied at the Radnor Township Municipal Building during normal business hours.

The hearing will be streamed live on the Radnor Township YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvh6jeMQTvo3ojCTh8wZkbA.

Members of the public may participate in the hearing only if they request and are granted party status. Anyone granted party status may question witnesses, present testimony, or appeal from the determination of the Board of Commissioners. There will be public comment at the conclusion of the Hearing (see public comment link below).
