Snow develops late Wednesday night/early Thursday morning, and may become heavy at times into early Thursday afternoon.
For southeast Pennsylvania, New Jersey mainly along the I-95 corridor, and northern Delaware, snow may be heavy at times Thursday morning before changing to a wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Wintry mix ends on Friday. Snow amounts of 3 to 5 inches with locally higher amounts possible and between ice amounts between 1/10 and 2/10 inches will result in treacherous driving conditions.
