Over the past few months, the traffic adaptive system has been monitoring traffic and gathering data for when the system goes online. Starting Tuesday, November 16th, the system will be fully operational. It is possible that adjustments may have to be made to the system once it goes online, so we respectfully ask for your patience during the startup process. Over the next two weeks, representatives from Rhythm Engineering and Radnor Township Police Department will be monitoring the aforementioned intersections to determine if any changes need to be made.
This was a team project including the Penn Medicine Team, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation [PennDOT], and Radnor Township with the goal of addressing traffic congestion in the project area. Many thanks to all!
