Radnor Township's residential Trick-or-Treating hours are set for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31, 2016, according to the township

Radnor Township asks parents to follow these safety recommendations:

  • Limit your child's Trick-or-Treating to October 31st between the hours of 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
  • Young children should be accompanied by parents or another responsible adult.
  • At least one member of each group should carry a working flashlight.
  • Make sure costumes do not limit mobility and have no visible obstructions.
  • If possible, always walk on sidewalks and cross the street at intersections.
  • Bring all candy and goodies home for inspection before eating them.
  • Parents are urged to check all treats with extra caution.

The township asks residences participating in trick or treat show their willingness to welcome children by keeping porch and exterior lights on during the trick or treat hours. Only wrapped candy is asked to be passed out, the township said.
