Truck Hits King Of Prussia Road Bridge Monday In Radnor
A 13-foot-high truck tried to go under the 10-foot, 10-inch bridge in Radnor Monday morning. And it went as expected.

WAYNE, PA – A reportedly 13-foot-tall truck tried to go under the 10-foot, 10-inch tall King of Prussia Road bridge in the Wayne section of Radnor Township Monday morning, and the results were as one might expect.
At about 11 a.m., emergency crews were called to the the area under the bridge near Matsonford Road Monday for a report of a crash.
The truck hauling air HVAC units struck the bridge, which goes under the Paoli-Thorndale SEPTA line. No one was injured and no other vehicles were involved, police said.

Police said the truck had the roof of its box torn off in the crash, and that its fuel tank was punctured.

Radnor Township Commissioner Richard Booker told the Main Line Media News the board is working on imposing increased fines for trucks that hit the bridge.
Police said the truck's driver will be charged with traffic offenses.
