Villanova Parking Garage Opening This Week With First Sports Event On Jan. 10

As the Villanova Parking Garage on South Ithan Avenue in Radnor opens this week, Radnor Township officials are asking the public to use caution and patience as the public learns the access points of the garage.

The garage will open this week and will host its first round of parking for a major event on Tuesday, Jan. 10 when Villanova men's basketball hosts Xavier at 7 p.m.

Radnor Township Police will be at the garage to make sure traffic flows correctly without issues for the basketball game.

Radnor officials said the week will begin to test the new capabilities of the garage and how traffic is affected during major events in the are.

Drivers traveling in the area are asked to use caution and exercise patience as pedestrians and vehicles learn the access points of the new garage.
