Villanova to Restrict Lancaster Avenue in Radnor Next Week

PennDOT announced lane restrictions coming to Lancaster Avenue/U.S. Route 30 next week on account of traffic signal work by Villanova University.

According to PennDOT, both east and westbound lanes of Lancaster Avenue between Spring Mill Road (state Route 30) and Ithan Avenue between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. from Monday, Sept. 19 through Friday, Sept. 23. The affected stretch is roughly half a mile and PennDOT says motorists should plan for delays when traveling through the area.

PennDOT said the university will complete the work under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
