Warning: Pickpocketers Targeting Anthony Wayne Theater Patrons, Radnor Police Say
Suspects have been taking cash and credit cards from women's purses, which are beside them on the floor of the theater, police said.

A series of pickpocket thefts at the Anthony Wayne Theater are under investigation by Radnor Township Police.
According to police, the rash of thefts have happened recently at the popular local theater, located on Lancaster Ave in Wayne.
Suspects have been taking cash and credit cards from women's purses, which are beside them on the floor of the theater, police said in an announcement.

The thieves appear to be choosing less than crowded theaters to carry out the pickpocketing, police say.
"Patrons are reminded to be vigilant when attending movies and to keep their purses/valuables on their laps and off of the floor," police warned.
