Wayne Ave In Radnor To Close Daily Through March

Crews will begin working on water main installations on Jan. 16 with work expected to last through late march. A detour will be in place.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – A stretch of Wayne Avenue in Radnor Township is set to close weekdays through late March starting Jan. 16, according to PennDOT.

PennDOT said Aqua PA is planning to close Wayne Avenue between U.S. 30/Lancaster Avenue and Audubon Avenue in Radnor starting Tuesday, Jan. 16 and ending in late March.

Each weekday, the road will close from 9 a.m to 3 p.m. water main installation, PennDOT said.

The blue line represents the portion of Wayne Avenue that will close on weekdays from Jan. 16 to late March

Drivers will be detoured over Lancaster and Conestoga avenues during the work periods.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area.
