Wayne Eatery Hosting Launch Party For New Local Rye Whiskey

Dad's Hat Pennsylvania Rye is opening a new barrel at Autograph Brasserie during a special event that spirit lovers won't want to miss.

WAYNE, PA — A Wayne eatery is gearing up to host the launch of a new spirit from a local distillery and fans of rye whiskey will not want to miss it.

Autograph Brasserie in Wayne is hosting the part for Dad's Hat Pennsylvania Rye, which will open a new barrel during the event on Thursday, Feb. 7.

The event will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Tickets cost $10 each and get you samplings of the exclusive rye, straight, neat, or in one of the restaurant’s signature cocktails.

Len Boris, the Beverage Director for the Fearless Restaurant Group, chose a barrel of Dad's Hat Pennsylvania Rye to be offered exclusively for a limited time at a number Fearless Restaurant locations, including Autograph Brasserie, Louie Louie, Moshulu, and White Dog Café in Wayne, Haverford and University City.

"Len Boris is an outstanding beverage professional with fantastic taste in craft spirits," said Dad’s Hat PA Rye co-founder John Cooper. "He selected this barrel specifically for his restaurants, and we’re excited to share it with the Fearless Restaurant Group and their whiskey loving guests."

Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey distillery is located in Bristol, Bucks County.

Autograph Brasserie is located at 503 W. Lancaster Ave. in Wayne.
