Wayne Man Facing Charges After Wrong-Way DUI Crash On 95: Reports

WAYNE, PA — A Wayne man is facing charges of DUI and drug possession after allegedly driving south on Interstate 95 north Monday, causing a head-on crash, according to reports and Pennsylvania State Police.

CBS Philadelphia reports Anthony Colabove, 41, of Wayne, was charged with DUI and drug possession following a crash at about 3 p.m. Monday near the Philadelphia International Airport.

Police tried to pull over a Ford truck that was heading south in I-95, but the truck crossed the median into oncoming traffic on I-95 north, Fox 29 reports.

According to NBC10, the truck hit a Hyundai vehicle and flipped.

Colabove was taken to a hospital for treatment and the second driver, 19-year-old Colin Miller, suffered minor injuries, Action News reports.

He is expected to be arraigned Tuesday, the outlet reports.
