Wayne's Paramour Debuts Brunch

The Wayne Hotel's restaurant will have a "Bloody Mary" bar.

’s new bar and restaurant, Paramour is now serving Sunday Brunch.

The brunch menu is served every Sunday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Chef ’s brunch dishes include Breakfast Sliders with quail egg, house sausage and cheddar cheese, served with a choice of house-made fries or a side salad; Signature Eggs Benedict, brioche topped with duck prosciutto, mushroom-artichoke relish, poached eggs, truffle hollandaise and arugula salad;  Blue Corn Pancakes with piniola syrup, honey cream and whipped butter;  Cinnamon Swirl Brioche Toast with fall fruit compote and wet nuts;  Lobster Roll Trio, mini brioche buns with avocado aioli and corn relish; Grilled Scottish Salmon, with warm potato-artichoke salad and lemon caper vinaigrette;  and North East Louie, tender bibb lettuce with blue crab, day boat scallops, Maine lobster and asparagus. Brunch dishes range in price from $6 to $28.

Paramour also features a Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar, which includes premium vodka and a house-made Bloody Mary mix, pureed fresh from heirloom tomatoes, a selection of more than 20 hot sauces and assorted specialty olives and house-pickled vegetables. Custom Bloody Marys range in price from $10 to $14.

Paramour debuted this fall following a two-year renovation, including an expansion of the hotel’s original restaurant space.

Sunday brunch at Paramour is served from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Lunch is offered Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.; dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday until 11 p.m.

An all-day dining menu is available in the bistro bar, lobby lounge and on the veranda from 11:30 a.m. until midnight, seven days a week.
