Power Back After PECO Wires Fall On Eagle Road In Radnor
Winds have been plaguing the area Monday, causing utility wires to fall and leave PECO customers in the dark.

WAYNE, PA – Winds brought down PECO wires in Radnor Township Monday morning, cutting power from a hundreds of PECO customers and sending emergency crews to the area.
PECO's outage map shows customers affected by these downed wires have their electrical service restored.
According to the Radnor Fire Company, the wires came down at about 10:30 a.m. Monday on Eagle Road between Strafford and Lancaster avenues.

Several traffic lights are out as a result of the power lines coming down and township police are out at some of the affected intersections to assist with traffic control.
The fire company is reminding drivers to treat non-functioning traffic lights as stop signs.

Below are the areas where traffic lights are affected, according to Radnor Township:
- Sugartown Road and Lancaster Avenue
- Eagle Road and Lancaster Avenue
- Banbury Way and Lancaster Avenue
- All three lights on Matsonford Road
Drivers are urged to avoid the area as the issue persists.
PECO crews are on scene working to fix the issue.
