A four-year-old girl was shot in the head and killed in Philadelphia on Thursday, according to multiple reports.
Philadelphia, PA -- A four-year-old girl was shot in the head and killed in Philadelphia on Thursday, according to multiple media reports.
She was shot in the right eye on the 1800 block of North 20th Street, according to Fox29.
The incident occurred just before 12:30 p.m., 6 ABC said.

The girl was rushed to Hahnemann University Hospital where she was pronounced dead at 1:01 p.m., reports state.
