John Lennon Tribute Headed to Manayunk

Looking for soemthing to do this weekend? "Imagine Peace" A Visual Tribute to John's 70th Year is opening to tonight at the former Propper Brothers Furniture, 115 Levering Street.

The show, that featues artwork by Lennon, will open its doors at 5 p.m. and run through the weekend. Hours are: Friday 5-9 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.- 6 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. -6 p.m.

All proceeds from the event benefit the North Light Community Center and a $2 donation is recommeneded.
