Police Continue To Seek Manayunk Break-In Suspect
Police are still asking for the public's help in tracking down the suspected robbers of a Manayunk restaurant.

MANAYUNK -- A Manayunk eatery has been broken into multiple times in recent weeks, police said.
On Monday May 8, at 9:16 pm, an unknown male gained entry to Mel’s Kitchen located at 5001 Unbria Street through the rear door, police said.
Once inside the suspect took an undetermined amount of money then fled in an unknown direction.

Between Wednesday, May 11, at 9:10 pm, and Thursday, May 12, at 6:57 am, an unknown male gained entry to Mel’s Kitchen located at 5001 Umbria Street through the rear door. Once inside the suspect took an undetermined amount of money in loose change then fled in an unknown direction.

- Suspect Description from first incident: Black male, thin build, 6’0″, thin beard and mustache, wearing a hooded sweatshirt, and baggy pants.
- Suspect Description from second incident : Male, unknown race, 6’1″-6’3″, wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt, “Nike” brand backpack, and wearing a ski mask.
