Daisy Hill Market Voted Best Takeout in Salisbury

The results are in and Daisy Hill Market was named the best place for takeout in Salisbury Patch.

Daisy Hill received 34 percent of the vote, edging out Asia Restaurant by one vote.

"Owner Dimitri Bozikis says everything is made fresh daily, and his menu is extensive. His biggest problem, he says, is that people just don’t expect such quality and choice at a gas station," our Patch restaurant reviewer wrote.

Some of the quick stop's selections include baby spinach leaves on the chicken gyros; 100 percent Black Angus flame-broiled burgers; high-protein salads made with broiled chicken, nuts, hard-boiled eggs and beans and dessert parfaits made with bourbon-soaked chocolate brownies.
