KidsPeace Celebrates 130 Years of Serving Children

It’s a big year for KidsPeace as we celebrate our 130^th birthday.

That’s 130 years of living out our mission of giving “hope, help and healing to children, families and communities,” and we’re proud of this milestone.

For those who don’t know, KidsPeace is a national charity. While we’re headquartered in North Whitehall Township and have multiple locations in the Lehigh Valley, including the , 1650 Broadway in Salisbury Township, we offer services in 10 states and Washington D.C. Families turn to us for a wide range of mental and behavioral health services, from residential treatment to our children’s hospital to therapeutic foster care and myriad community programs.

In honor of this anniversary, celebratory events are planned at all of our locations. Stay tuned for information on fun happenings in your backyard, including a birthday party Sept. 12 on our Orchard Hills campus and an ongoing campaign to raise funds to continue the work we do every day.
