It's not accuraste, however, Penna. much happier w/ it restricted to P.S.P, rather than expanded to any local P. D.
I was almost caught, justifiably, by State Police, however, officer seemed okay w/ my slowing. Like to thank the "Troop N " trooper. I think his attitude was great, and maybe that day, it was better to strike fear into travelers there, than to run & spend time ticketing.
Calif. Highway Patrol:"Your State Police are generally considered one of the best such in the country."
