• Cranberry School Board Addresses Staff Turnover, Approves Fund Transfer (explorevenango.com) — Cranberry's superintendent in Seneca says teacher departures are modest and typical, even as 21 professionals have left over three years for varied reasons. The school board also approved transferring over $3.4 million from fund balance to cover a budget shortfall, future equipment, and building upgrades, while discussing rising cyber school costs and a grant-funded student greenhouse project to support the school food pantry.
   

• Police Seek Information After Juvenile Allegedly Throws Rocks at Vehicle in Cranberry Township (explorevenango.com) — State police say a 23-year-old Seneca woman reported that a young girl threw rocks at her car along Meadow Road in Cranberry Township, damaging a door and window. Troopers are asking anyone who recognizes the juvenile, described as about 8 to 10 years old in a red sweatshirt and Crocs, to contact PSP Franklin with information.
