During the upcoming holiday season, it is important to stick to your normal routine as much as possible. Eat your normal breakfast and be sure not to restrict your intake greatly. Make sure your meals are complete with proteins, veggies, fruits, grains, and small amounts of healthy fats.
1.) Limit Holiday Foods

If you feel you need to have holiday treats available when company visits, purchase or make them just before your guests arrive. Physically place yourself away from food temptations at parties or at the office. Keep a container of water and a healthy snack with you for nourishment between meals.

2.) Choose Your Favorites
When you are at a holiday buffet, scan all of the choices before loading your plate. Eat small portions of your favorite holiday foods, so you don't feel deprived.
3.) Set a Good Example
Making a conscious effort to set a good example to those around you can help you keep your own eating habits on track.
4.) Schedule your workouts
Set your time at the gym prior to the beginning of a crazy week. And most importantly keep your schedule.
