Library Card Sign-up Month Is Here!

Activities at the Parkland Community Library during Library Card Sign-up Month include a free chance to win the month’s prize of a $20 gift certificate to Chili’s every time you visit the library and/or check out books this month.

If you don’t have a card, sign up. Card expired? Time to renew. Proof of address and residency status apply.

Every child 12 years of age or younger who signs up for or renews a card and checks out three books will receive a free kids meal at Texas Roadhouse, donated by the restaurant.

Getting a library card is easy. Bring official proof of residency in the Parkland School District (such as a driver’s license). Live outside the district? Bring your home library card plus ID. There are no age restrictions for children.
