Burglary
A man was accused of breaking into a home on Walbert Avenue in South Whitehall, according to township police.Â

Horace Kieffer, 32, of an unknown address, was charged with burglary for allegedly entering the Walbert Avenue home and taking items about 2:14 a.m. on May 20, police said.
Thefts

-- Reported 8:15 p.m. May 19 from Dorney Park; someone stole a purse and three cell phones.
-- Reported 12:50 p.m. May 23 from Parkland High School; an iPhone was taken.
-- Reported 7:03 a.m. May 24 from the 1900 block of Fairmont Street; a Sony radio taken.
Theft from vehicles
-- Reported 6:30 a.m. May 24 from the 2000 block of Woodlawn Street; sub woofers, an amplifier and gym bag stolen from a vehicle.
-- Reported 8:13 a.m. May 24 from the 1200 block of Bulwer Street; a car radio taken.
-- Reported 9:14 a.m. May 24 at the 1900 block of Fairmont Street; a GPS, $40 cash and purse stolen.
-- Reported 10:49 a.m. May 20 at LA Fitness at 1515 Mauch Chunk Road; a vehicle window smashed and purse stolen.Â
