The Historic
Burnside Plantation opens to the public
on Friday, April 4th with an exciting schedule of events and activities
planned. In addition to tours of select buildings on the property, families
will be able to take advantage of a new selection of programs for
adults and children. On Saturday April 5th, the Historic
Bethlehem Foodways group will be cooking something special in the Summer
Kitchen. Come see how to make traditional hasenpfeffer (rabbit
stew). This delectable demonstration is included with Pass into
