BEGINNING TAI CHI CLASS

Beginners Tai Chi class will meet Tuesdays, 2:30-3:30 PM for 6 weeks until October 25 (no class October 18).  Tai Chi is low-impact exercise that will improve balance, decrease stress, sharpen your ability to focus, and enhance overall well-being and health.  This class is for guys and gals.  Linda Wiland, a certified instructor, will be teaching the class.
