A contractor for UGI is doing utility work today, Oct. 1, on Cedar Crest Boulevard in South Whitehall and Allentown, so drivers should expect delays, according to a release from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

Type of Restriction: Lane restrictions. Expect delays and use caution when traveling through work area.
