This class is for babies from 8 weeks to pre-walkers. Mom's enjoy special bonding time with baby while doing yoga poses to help strengthen the core and elongate the muscles. Bring a mat and a blanket for baby and some special soothing items for baby and enjoy some time for yourself making connections with other mom's in the same point of their journey into motherhood!
