Police: Man Groped Woman at Dorney Park
The following information was supplied by South Whitehall Police in court records. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
A 29-year-old man from Puerto Rico has been charged with groping a woman on the Hang Time ride at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, according to court records.
Luis Gutierrez has been charged with indecent assault without consent and harassment.
According to the arrest affidavit, Gutierrez groped a woman between her legs while they were riding Hang Time at 8:13 p.m. on Aug. 31 and did not stop until the ride was over. The woman's two sisters were witnesses, the affidavit says.

District Judge Robert Halal set bail at $7,500.
