South Whitehall Man Gets Jail Time in Child Rape

A 39-year-old South Whitehall man has been sentenced to 18 to 36 years in prison for raping a 5-year-old girl, according to a published report on lehighvalleylive.com.

Jason Fretti, of the 3400 block of Cambridge Circle, was sentenced Monday by Lehigh County Judge Robert Steinberg.

Fretti was found  earlier this year by a Lehigh County jury. During his three-day trial, the child, in a video interview, said that Fretti had sex with her since she was 4 and that he had told her not to tell her mother.

Fretti has denied the charges, according to the report.
