Still No Arrests in Joshua Rubin's Killing, Probe 'Active'
Three months after authorities asked for the public's help in identifying people in a surveillance photo, authorities continue search for Joshua Rubin's killer.
Three months after authorities asked for the public's help in identifying two men on surveillance tapes, authorities continue their search for 's killer.
March 1, Lehigh County District Attorney James Martin said those in the surveillance photos had used Rubin's credit cards less than 12 hours after his body had been found on Applewood Road in South Whitehall.
"It’s still an active investigation," said Debbie Garlicki, spokeswoman for the District Attorney's office, on Thursday.

Garlicki declined to comment further, including on whether the release of the photos had provided any leads.
Rubin's  but authorities were unable to identify the body as Rubin's , through DNA testing. He had been shot to death and his body set on fire.Â

His family, who had been searching for him, said  that Rubin "was a kind, caring and gentle young man."
